Job Summary:
Demonstrates compassion, respect and caring while working within the scope of practice of Dermatology to provide safe and efficient care to patients and assistance to their families. Works collaboratively with all other healthcare team members toward the best outcomes for the patient and the organization. Provides support in creating collaborative relationships with non-PHMG specialists. Advocates for improvements and implements changes for adult and family medicine. Provides professional services to the medical group, hospital, and it's patients.

Required Specifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine. Successful completion of Internship/Residency or Fellowship Program in area of specialty.
License/Certification: Licensed to practice as a physician in the State of Washington. Board Certified/Board eligible. Federal DEA Number. Current BLS required.
Experience and/or Training: Demonstrated expertise in clinical management of dermatology patients. Demonstrated ability in clinic and/or medical staff administrative functions. Maintains current knowledge and skills with continuing education. Must meet all training requirements for specific department.
Special Skill/Demands: Computer experience required. Able to work varied hours; on-call and call-back schedule. Must not be a practitioner excluded from participation in the Medicare or Medicaid program. Ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
Work Environment:
Medical clinic environment with frequent exposure to electricity, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, infectious waste, fumes or gases; and frequent exposure to blood borne pathogens and biologicals.
Sensory/Physical/Mental Requirements:
Sensory: Continual two-way communication; constant near and far vision; frequent depth perception, peripheral vision, color accuracy, color discrimination and touch.
Physical: Frequent head/neck static position, rotation, flexion and extension. Frequent torso/back static position, stooping, bending and twisting. Frequent simple grasp, firm grasp, fine manipulation, pinch, finger dexterity, supination/pronation, wrist flexion and ability to operate hand controls. Occasional sitting. Constant standing and walking. Frequent crouching/squatting and occasional climbing stairs.
Mental: Must have the ability to learn and prioritize multiple tasks within the scope and guidelines of this position and its licensure requirements, many requiring extremely complex cognitive capabilities.
