Positions require A.S. in Medical Laboratory Science (B.S. in Medical Technology preferred) and ASCP certification or eligibility. No experience required, buy pay is commensurate with experience. Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high volume lab setting.

Duties include validating specimen acceptability; prioritizing test requests; managing blood component inventory; following standard operating procedures in the performance of all routine blood bank test, including ABO, Rh, antibody screen, crossmatch, etc.
