Position Description:
Weapon Systems Analyst to support the JCIDS process through analysis and the preparation of combat development documents for the Air Defense Artillery branch. Provides Air and Missile Defense combat development and operational expertise across multiple projects. Assists in the development of operational concepts, operational requirements, and/or organizational structures. Conducts operational analysis and/or participates in experiments for current and future Air and Missile Defense systems. Will develop reports and briefings.

Experience Requirements:
Must have knowledge of current and/or future Army Air and Missile Defense System capabilities, programmatic data, and/or requirements. Must have the ability to produce original work with minimal guidance. Must have excellent people skills as well as experience coordinating government, contractor and military participation in tasks. Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as experience preparing and presenting briefings to decision makers. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Should have familiarity with the JCIDS process and requirements. Combat development experience strongly preferred. A four year college degree or equivalent experience is required.Successful candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information which requires US Citizenship.
