Title: Research Coordinator

Position Description:
The research coordinator shall maintain a comprehensive list of emerging ideas, concepts, strategies and technologies and provide analytical analysis and provide support services in the development of papers and briefings defining options for future operations. The coordinator shall provide support services in defining the rules, collecting data and defining procedures for war gaming alternate scenarios and environmental factors; create and manage the construct for JIEDDO war gaming; and provide inputs to Blue and Red teams. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with terrorist experts when they are required to support JIEDDO.

Experience Requirements:
Required 15 years experience in gaming theories, Modeling and Simulations, and Human Factors; Military experience desired. Must have experience with IED construction, and employment methodologies. Must have experience with technical gaming or modeling and simulation development and employment methodologies. TS/SCI Required to Start
