Position Description:
ITT Communications Systems (CS) is pleased to offer an important career opportunity for a Senior Staff Engineer-CCA Design. This position is responsible for Digital Design of CCAs and high speed modeling, as well as hardware architecture design. We are seeking an experienced individual with an understanding of microprocessors and DSPs, the ability to generate test code to verify design in a lab environment, as well as ability to work well on a multidisciplined team.

Experience Requirements:
Equivalent Education, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline required. Coursework preferred: Digital Design, Digital Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Communication Theory, Communication Systems, Computer Architecture.
* At least 12 years Engineering experience required. Experience with projects involving Digital Design, Embedded Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Computer Architecture.
* Strong knowledge base in digital design, embedded systems, communication systems, and computer architecture.
* Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
* Must be a U.S. citizen.
