Title: Staff Scientist - Network Management System Design
Location: Clifton, NJ

Position Description:
- Perform Customer Requirements analysis and generate Network Management System requirement specs.
- Generate Network Management System Architecture and system/sub-system design specs.
- Monitor Network Management System implementation to ensure compliance to the pertinent systems design specs.
- Lead Network Management test & integration efforts and represent the company in Network Management TIMS & stds organizations.

Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Experience Requirements:
B.S. in EE; Advanced degree highly desirable

Minimum of six years experience in the development of Network Management Systems. Twelve years or more with primary emphasis on technical capability on systems skills and pertinent technology.

Knowledge/experience in wireless communications highly desired.
