Title: Electronic Service Technician
Location: VA, Roanoke

Position Description:
This person will be involved in the repair and construction of production equipment used in the manufacturing and testing of Night Vision products.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

*Candidates must have thorough knowledge of electronic circuitry, schematics, component level troubleshooting and safety practices.

*PLC experience including program monitoring, basic programming experience and Operator Interface program loading on a variety of PLCs (Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Koyo, Siemens, etc.) is preferred.

*Candidates should be familiar with industrial automation components, understand electronics to component level and be a proficient analytical problem solver.

*Soldering proficiency is desired.

Experience Requirements:
*Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or its equivalent (i.e. some military courses may be accepted).

*Ability to work any shift in a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week environment (including overtime as needed).

*US Citizenship.

*Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance.
