| Responsibilities: SR. MARKETING ASSOCIATE PRIMARY DUTIES: 'Responsible for assisting the Marketing staff in managing the overall business. 'Participate in the development and successful execution of all marketing and product development strategies to assure achievement of the sales and profit objectives. 'Handles all daily activities associated with managing the business such as analysis of retail sales, implications of consumer research, management of team P&L's, etc. 'Works with marketing management to prepare and present marketing plans, as well as presentations internally and externally. 'Creates and maintains shipping forecasts for all programs, providing analysis and recommendations. 'Provide direction of activities relating to public relations advertising, packaging etc. 'Assists Marketing staff as necessary. 'Travel as needed. SKILLS: 'Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and ability to function in a team environment. 'Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 'Strong analytical skills. Must be able to determine solutions, make sound judgements and carry out actions in effective manner. 'Ability to be creative in the development of new products, promotions and other areas involved in marketing and product development. 'Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines. 'Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 'Strong knowledge of PCs and software including: MS Windows, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. |

| Requirements: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 'Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required, MBA preferred. '3-5 years related experience, packaged consumer goods marketing experience preferred.
