LFR seeks to hire an experienced Environmental Professional to act as a senior leader in our Emeryville, CA headquarters. Primary duties of this position include the following: Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships, partnering with other members of LFR's leadership group to build and grow a stronger presence in growing market segments, recruiting and mentoring technical staff in the area, acquiring and managing site investigation and remediation projects, environmental assessment and compliance programs, industrial hygiene, lead and asbestos management, and related environmental engineering and hydrogeological projects, project scoping and proposal development, participating in LFR's practice and technical development groups. This is a Senior Associate or Principal (i.e. Engineer, Geologist, or Hydrogeologist) position with growth and career advancement opportunity.

Qualifications: The desired applicant will have demonstrated leadership skills with at least 10 years experience managing environmental projects. Applicants should also have successful experience building business and maintaining a client base in the San Francisco Bay Area. Exceptional technical, organizational, communication and leadership skills, and the motivation to succeed are required.
