Description:
Architect, design and develop test automation software tools
Lead selection and integration of third party automation tools
Lead and mentor other QA developers in automation development and testing
Work with development teams to instrument QA tools that promote agile development by enabling nightly build testing as well as rapid regressions/solution test cycles at project end
Lead in creation of interoperability test suites and testing for interdependt-products
Work with team members in China, both remotely and via trips to the China office

Experience:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent, masters-level degree desirebale
A minumum of 7 years experience in the architecture, design and development of software QA test environments
Experience in UI, stack and web services testing
Experience with JAVA, C++ and LINUX required
Windows automation experience required
VM technology experience highly desireable
Active participation in quality assurance groups and forums highly desired
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams, experience working with offshore development and test in China is desired
Demonstrable problem solving skills and experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience/knowledge of telephony, networking, H.323 and SIP desirable


Experience with agile software methodologies preferred - Scrum, Extreme Programming, Test Driven Development
Experience with digital audio and/or digital video desirable
Experience with CVS, subversion or Clearcase desirable
Experience with Microsoft development tools desirable
