The LMHS Employee Referral Program
Here’s how it works:

For each person that you refer who is hired by LMHS, and remains employed in good standing with us for six months, you are eligible to receive the following bonus:

*Up to $2,500 for *full-time “critical needs” positions
*Up to $1,000 for *full-time selected “hard to fill” positions
*Up to $100 for all other *full-time positions

Positions listed in the "Critical Needs" category will be eligible for $100 Employee Referral Bonus* if hired on a PRN basis.

*Referrals for part time positions are paid one-half of the referral bonus. Each quarter, LMHS employees who have made a successful referral to the program are entered into a drawing for great prizes. You could win a weekend getaway, VISA gift cards or other similar items.

Note: A referral is not eligible for this program if the person referred was an LMHS employee within the prior 12 months. You cannot win a prize drawing more than once in a 12-month period. The referral bonus and any prizes won are subject to taxes that are the responsibility of the employee. LMHS reserves the right to modify this program at its sole discretion.
