How do I submit a résumé?

Each job posting has a button at the bottom that links you to our online application form, which includes a space for your résumé.

You will be contacted directly if your skills and qualifications match the requirements of the position for which you've applied. If you wish to apply for multiple positions, you must apply to each position individually and/or add the positions to your Job Cart. Resumes will only be considered that are submitted in response to specific open positions. Unsolicited résumés for nonspecific positions will not be accepted, but we invite you to bookmark this page and/or create a Job Alert to keep abreast of future opportunities. If you opt to sign up for 'My Career Center', your resume will be maintained with your contact information, allowing you to make periodic updates to update the content of your resume and keep your contact information current.

If I do not have a résumé, may I fill out an application?

If you do not have a résumé, you may enter your employment history into the online account profile. Your information will be applied to the position, and you will be contacted if your skills and qualifications match the requirements of the open position for which you’ve specifically applied.

May I send my résumé by fax or mail?

In an effort to expedite the resume processing time and demonstrate exceptional customer service, we have opted to eliminate the acceptance of paper resumes, therefore only electronic resumes and applications are accepted.

Résumés and applications received via our online application form reach our database almost instantaneously.

Why am I prompted to fill out additional information when I apply for some jobs but not for others?

If there are additional requirements for a specific position or additional information is needed from you, screening questions will be included at the end of the résumé submittal page. These questions help to provide additional information regarding your skills and qualifications, to help determine if there is a good match for the position for which you are applying.


May I submit a cover letter with my résumé?

All résumés are received in a central database and sorted by the position for which you’ve applied. It is not required that you submit a cover letter, however, you may do so by pasting it in the résumé text field after the text of your résumé.

How do I know if you have received my résumé via online application form?

Once you have submitted your résumé, a pop-up window will appear with a message thanking you for your submission. This message is your confirmation that your résumé has been received. You will also receive an email confirming our receipt of your resume.

If a problem occurs during the transmission of your résumé, a pop-up window will appear with an error message and the reason for the problem. You will be asked to resubmit your résumé at that time.

If I submitted my résumé through the online application form, may I also mail it just to make sure you receive it?

If you received the confirmation pop-up window thanking you for your résumé submission, you can be sure your résumé was received.

Why did I receive an error message when I tried to submit my résumé?

Your computer system may not be compatible with our online application system. Here are the system requirements:

Will I be notified if the job has been filled or if I make it to the next step in the application process?

If your skills and qualifications match the needs of the position, a representative from Sensis Corporation will contact you directly. Applicants not selected will be notified as soon as possible after a position is closed and/or filled. Our website contains a complete list of all of our current, open positions. If you have any specific questions regarding the position, you’re always more than welcome to contact Human Resources.

How long are job postings generally on the Web site? Are they posted for a specific amount of time or until the job is filled?

A position remains on our Web site until it is filled or closed.
