Job Search for current MIT employees only
Welcome to MIT's new job search page for MIT employees!
If you are not currently an MIT employee please click here to apply.
Job seekers who are currently on the voucher payroll or who are working at MIT through a temporary agency, should apply through the job search page for external job seekers.
How to Apply
Applying for positions at MIT is now more efficient than ever. By applying on-line, we will have almost immediate access to your credentials. You will be applying through an advanced applicant tracking system (WebHire) that will allow us to screen your qualifications quickly and when appropriate, forward them on the hiring manager with little turn-around time.
When you find a job that interests you, please review the required qualifications carefully. You will be asked to share your related skills and qualifications on an on-line Qualifications Statement. You may also attach a resume and cover letter to this statement.
On the Qualifications Statement, you will be asked to supply an email address where we can send a confirmation that will let you know we've received your information. If you do not supply an email address the only acknowledgement that you will receive will be the pop-up message that is generated after you click on the submit button.
If you are having difficulty submitting your information, please visit our FAQ's section. If we search our database and find other jobs for which you might be qualified, we may contact you to assess your interest. You may also continue to apply on-line for positions of interest. Your Qualifications Statement will be key in assessing any potentially good match.
