Step 1: You may refer one or more individuals to our online job opportunities by entering the following information into our online referral form: your contact information, the names of up to five referral prospects, and their e-mail addresses.
Step 2: You will be asked to enter an e-mail message and subject line to accompany the referral information that will be sent to the prospects you listed on the form. Text will be automatically included at the bottom of the e-mail directing the individual to a web site. This site will display a listing of all opportunities available. The prospect will select the job they wish to respond to, and, if interested, apply for that job using an online response form.
Step 3: An e-mail will be sent to you immediately after a prospect completes the online response form. The e-mail will tell you which prospect responded, and when they responded.
Step 4: The prospect's information will be automatically stored in a database with your name and information attached for tracking purposes.
Step 5: If a hire is made, you will be contacted by an HR representative. If all conditions have been met, you will receive the referral reward, according to the posted schedule.
